This hand-held measuring instrument can measure the thickness of paint on most substrates used. It is designed for non-destructive, fast and accurate measurement of surface layer thickness. The device is designed for applications in the field of corrosion protection, it is suitable for manufacturers and their customers, office and professional consultants, paint shops, plating companies, for the chemical, automotive, aerospace and shipbuilding industries, light and heavy engineering.
The meter has its own memory, which can store 320 measured data, which can be transferred to a PC via the supplied software via USB.
The device has an automatic choice of the method of measurement after application to the substrate (magnetic induction for steel (magnetic) substrates and the principle of eddy currents for non-magnetic substrates)
