Sanwa RD701 True RMS Digital Multimeter

The Sanwa RD701 is a multifunction True RMS digital multimeter designed for accurate electrical measurements in low-voltage circuits, electronic equipment, home appliances and communication equipment. It features a 4000-count display, 0.3% best accuracy and high input impedance up to 1000 MΩ, helping reduce voltage measurement loading.

Unlike the RD700, the RD701 features AC True RMS measurement, making it suitable for measuring AC signals that are not pure sine waves. It can measure AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency and temperature.

The RD701 supports K-type temperature measurement from -20°C to 300°C and frequency measurement up to 1 MHz. It also includes MAX recording, data hold, range hold, relative measurement and an ADP function for current sensors.

For added convenience and safety, the meter has auto/manual ranging, continuity buzzer, an incorrect test-lead insertion alarm, cancellable 30-minute auto power-off, protective holster, lead holder and tilt stand.
